Salad Deluxe Recipe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 regular size Hershey bars, chopped fine
60 miniature marshmallows (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
16 chopped maraschino cherries
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple juice.
Chill in refrigerator until a heavy syrup consistency. Whip
cream cheese, whipped cream, and fold remaining ingredients into
the Jello mixture. Pour into a 6 1/2 cup mold and chill until
set. Serves 8.
