Chocolate
Balls Candy
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate
chips
1/2 c. 10X sugar
1/4 c. Karo Syrup
1/4 c. water
2 c. vanilla wafers (crush in food
processor or blender)
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners sugar
Melt chocolate chips. Add syrup, sugar, and water. Add vanilla
wafer crumbs. Add nuts and vanilla. Form mixture into one inch
round balls. Roll in 10X sugar. Cover and store 3 to 4 days to
ripen. Re-roll in 10X sugar before serving.
