Old Fashioned Fudge Candy Recipe
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. milk
2 sq. chocolate
Stir all together and boil slowly until it forms a soft ball
when tried in cold water. Move from fire and set in pan of cold
water so as to cool more quickly, and beat until it becomes
thick and creamy. Then turn out on buttered platter. This may be
varied by adding chopped nut meats or marshmallows cut in
squares before turning out.
