Carob Fudge
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. carob powder
1/2 c. sesame seeds, unhulled
1 c. sunflower seeds, hulled
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped dates
In saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter until mixture bubbles
slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in carob powder. Stir in sesame
seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and dates. Pour into greased 8x8
inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into
squares. Makes about 16 pieces.
